The aim of this text is to give business students a sense that problems of business policy can be resolved, in part, by ideas taken from philosophy, social theory and the law. An integrated social contract perspective enables students to view ethical principles as a response
to an evolving set of problems related to harmonizing values in a pluralistic society. The author has emphasized employment issues in which all students become involved. This method of critical thinking can be applied to any area of strategic business planning. |
